Begin your journey with a scenic bus ride from Oslo to Beitostølen, a charming village nestled amidst stunning landscapes. Explore the local activities and immerse yourself in the Norwegian countryside life; conquer snow-capped slopes, feeling the fresh powder snow on your skin, and let your adrenaline flow with snowrafting, airboarding and RIB tours! Day 1

Bus ride from Oslo to winter Jotunheimen

Today you will start your Norwegian winter adventure with a scenic bus ride which will take you from the vibrant, modern capital of Oslo towards more laid-back sceneries, in the frame of Fagernes, a little village in the mountainous region of Jotunheim, home to an important logistic hub between Oslo and Bergen and from where you will take the ride to your destination of Beitostølen.
Once farm area turned into ski-mecca for both alpine and cross-country enthusiasts, Beitostølen has much to offer, including many other activities to keep the adrenaline flowing!

Day 2

Dogsledding, airboarding

To start the with a good serotonin dose, nothing beats dog sledding! Huskies are renowned for their energy, speed and eagerness to run in snow, which gives you frenzy vibes during this activity in the beautiful snow-capped mountains around! You will get to know the dogs who will be running you around, as well as the practical aspects of dog sledding before sitting in the sledge as a spectator! In a second moment, you will try first-hand the thrill of leading a sledge, testing your knowledge and leadership skills!
In the afternoon, to conclude this first, exciting day, you can have a round on airboarding, you'll have fun guaranteed! You lay yourself down on an inflatable pillow and control the direction by leaning on your side, shooting down hills at your own speed and comfort – just remember to fasten the helmet and fear not! A guide will be monitoring you all the way down.

Day 3

Cross-country skiing, Snowrafting

Norwegian day life involves and revolves very much around ski, and today you will get a taste of it with a cross-country tour, first documented way of moving around during winter in Norway and the most stereotypical activity up to nowadays…
Cross-country might not be as visually exciting as alpine ski, but requires an equal amount of energy, with the benefit of allowing guests to admire with calm and tranquility the environment around; and if you're short of adrenaline, you can add a snow rafting adventure in the afternoon! Sit in a rafting boat and slide downhill full speed, you will not need much physical efforts, but you will get an unforgettable experience with plenty of excitement!

Day 4

Snowcoach ride, snowshoeing and overnight in remote village

After the first 2 days of full sport emotions, today we begin with a relaxing transfer from Beitostølen back to Fagernes where we catch the connexion in direction Tyinkrysset, another great location for winter activities. This time, you will try snowshoeing in the secluded location of Eidsbugarden, one of the oldest touristic areas in Norway, and still very much in use by locals for ski trails or hiking tours.
Boarding on a vintage snowcoach, we will bring you to the start point of the tour, where the staff will explain the best paths to enjoy the view and the activity, before letting you roam in the wilderness.
Upon your return in the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the snowy peaks from the comfort of the dining room, or from the cozy, petite reading room in the dormitory.

Day 5

Snowshoeing

Tyin has been a natural playground for locals since 1900s being the western door to Jotunheimen and today this playground will be revealed to you! You will start with a snowcoach trip to Tyin, where the guide will make sure to indicate you the best trails to follow to discover the best views from this side of the mountains! Although not as high speed as alpine ski, snowshoeing can requires an equal amount of energies, whilst gifting incredible views and more detailed observation of the surrounding areas!
After such challenging activity, in the afternoon, you will take a bus to enter the region of Vestlandet, reaching Årdalstangen, second village after the border, here your accommodation will be waiting for you, located between the Årdalsvatnet and the Sognefjorden.

Day 6

Winter kayaking

After the adrenaline and the frenzies of the mountains, it's time to discover the hidden side of the fjords in winter; beautiful to see from ferries and boats, perfect to be experienced at a close distance!
Winter kayak may seem daunting to many, but it allows new perspectives during a period when most of the fjords are empty, giving ample spaces to discover the waters at your own pace and tranquility. During this 3-hour activity you will learn how to steer a kayak to the discover of Sognefjord's most tranquil arm, in the beautiful frame of Årdalstangen, village known for its rich history in aluminum production which still has its importance nowadays. Glide silently on the water, observing the deep hues of blue contrasting the whites of the mountains, and lean your ears to catch the sound of hidden activity under or above the sea!

Day 7

Fjord safari, bus to Bergen
On your final day we reserved one last, epic adrenaline shot for you, but before you need to catch the bus from Årdalstangen in direction Flåm, where it's RIB-time!
Not physically demanding, but rewarding in terms of excitement, this tour will take you up and close to frozen waterfalls, secluded villages and pure, fresh air.
Besides adrenaline, the guide will provide you with interesting and detailed accounts of the wildlife residing in this part of the fjord, as well as the many histories linked to the villages scattered along the coast, making you see the fjords from a total different perspective!
Just remember to dress warm, excitement is fun, frostbite and hypothermia, not so much…
In the afternoon you will leave the mountains in direction of the big city! Catch the bus ride in direction Bergen, coastal pearl of the Vestlandet, with a past of capital city and cultural center of the kingdom!
The city might not be as exciting as the free, untouched nature, but sure it can give some interesting vibes!
